Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We serve over 150 countries worldwide. Please contact us for more detail about your order.

How can I return a product?

For domestic returns: offers free returns for all domestic orders within 60 days of your purchase. If your item has been damaged in transit or if you are simply are not satisfied with it for any reason, you can very quickly and easily process a refund or replacement item online. Typically, most items do not even have to be returned to us.


If we do request that you send the product back to us, there are no restocking fees and we will gladly refund the cost of return shipping. Simply follow the instructions below:


1. Email us with the information for the item(s) you wish to return.


2. One of our friendly and professional Customer Service Associates will be happy to provide you with the information necessery.


3. Pack the item(s) in a cardboard box, adding cushioning material to avoid breakage if necessary.

5. Chat or email us with the amount of return postage you paid and we will credit that amount back to your original form of payment.


6. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 1 business day.


Exclusions & other important details

Sample boxes and sample items cannot be returned.


Only one opened package of any product can be returned. All others of the same product must be in a factory-sealed container to be eligible for a refund.

For international returns, refunds & replacements:

For orders shipped outside of Norway., refund requests must be made within 90 days of purchase.


Due to both customs regulations and the high cost of shipping, we unfortunately cannot process replacements or accept returns for orders shipped outside of Norway at this time.

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you are unhappy with any product for any reason, please email or call us to discuss refund eligibility within 90 days of your purchase.

Due to both customs regulations and the high cost of shipping we cannot process replacements or accept returns on international orders.

How long will it take to get my package?

We pick and pack items 7 days a week. However, our carriers only pick up Monday through Friday.


Holidays and inclement weather can cause shipping times to vary. Be on the lookout for a shipping confirmation email, which will provide a tracking number.
